Marcus got us a new shower head for Homestead South. When you have a dog that insists on rolling in things like dead raccoons, you need one that can act as a sprayer.

After the day I had, I needed a drink. I checked the beerfinder on New Belgium's website and it said that a relatively close store had my most favorite beer ever, Frambozen. Yay, they did! I'm having one right now. Looks like I'm going to be hitting a few liquor stores this weekend to hoard some as this stuff is only out a VERY SHORT time. I was bummed last year that by Thanksgiving, I couldn't find it anymore. Not happening this year.

Since I had to get out of work today for a while before I went off on somebody, I took a trip up to one of my favorite stores - Fancimats & More up in Littleton.The owner, Cindy, is the best and I always feel better after some cross-stitch retail therapy.

I've always loved these little pin cushion kits from Just Another Button Company, but they are a little pricey and I always talk myself out of them. Today I decided to splurge and picked up Betty Bee.

Of course, I went to put it together tonight and I have no craft glue or sewing needles here. I guess a quick trip to the craft store is in order for tomorrow or Saturday.

I bought a Christmas-Branded box of this off an endcap at Whole Foods last Christmas and while it doesn't keep me out the whole night, it does help me fall asleep faster. After the box was empty, I didn't think much more about it. I came across a straggler from that box in my cupboard the other day and figured that since Christmas stuff is starting to get stocked, maybe they would have it again. Turns out, after asking a clerk about it, they have it all year long, dang it!

I'm in a creative funk. I purchased this today at Barnes & Noble to see if I can get my creative juices flowing again - Kim Werker's "Make It Might Ugly.
