They've been screwing around with our irrigation system here at the condo the last few days. This morning I see this sign in the grass, so of course I had to Google it to find out what it means. Apparently, Aurora has a program places like where I live can apply for a variance and they can water whenever they want, but only have a set amount they can use. Um, Ok.
