This is one of those things I keep seeing pop up on the Internet in places like Pinterest and my Facebook feed. Since making bacon in the oven turned out so well, I figured I'd try it.
I followed this post about making "Hard-Boiled Eggs in the Oven", though technically they're not boiled. LOL Mine didn't come out quite done in the middle. I think my oven here at the condo runs cool, so next time I'll try it at 350°F instead of the 325°F that I did today. Marcus also complained that they were too hard to peel. I've had that issue with boiling, too, so I need to do a little research to figure out if there is anything I can do about that.
Not sold on this process yet.
