I've got all these quotes written down everywhere for craft projects, etc. I'm archiving them in this post for future use so that I can throw the papers away.
Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow is a mystery.
Today is a gift That's why they call it the present.
--------------------------------------------------
This is a very special gift
That you can never see.
The reason it's so special is
It's just for You from Me.
Whenever you are lonely,
Or even feeling blue,
You only have to hold this gift
And know I think of you.
You never can unwrap it;
Please leave the ribbon tied.
Hold the box close to your heart,
It's filled with LOVE inside.
--------------------------------------------------
That wagging tail and friendly woof
Bring joy to all beneath this roof.

“Talk is cheap. You can talk about doing something forever, but until you make an inner and outer commitment and take action to do the thing you're talking about, you're simply teaching yourself and others not to believe a word you say.” —
Iyanla Vanzant

I found the following that somebody gave me back when I was going to Platt. As I'm still trying to rid myself of crap, I thought I'd post this here digitally so I could get rid of the paper.
The Four Agreements
- Be Impeccable with Your Word.
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
- Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
- Don't Make Assumptions.
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
- Always Do Your Best.
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse, and regret.

I'm wide awake at 4:30 am, so here are some cool quotes I found over at
ThinkExist.com:
“Some people dream of success while others wake up and work hard at it.” —Unknown
“The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary.” —Donald Kendall
“Life has no limitations, except the ones you make.” —Les Brown
“If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.” —Jim Rohn
“Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present.” —Jim Rohn
“To design the future effectively, you must first let go of your past.” — Charles J. Givens
“Design is the method of putting form and content together. Design, just as art, has multiple definitions; there is no single definition. Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics. Design is so simple, that's why it is so complicated.” —Paul Rand
“Providing, meaning to a mass of unrelated needs, ideas, words and pictures - it is the designer's job to select and fit this material together and make it interesting.” —Paul Rand
