Future Sony Clie Owner?

Marcus brought me home a Sony Clie to try. I guess a guy at his work wants to get rid of it. I don't really need one now, but hopefully soon I'll have a job where one would come in handy. I know Marcus uses his Palm all the time at work. I guess it depends how much the guy wants for it whether I keep it or not. If the guy wants less than $75, Marcus said he'd pay the guy and take my Soundtrack gift cards I have in trade. I've been hanging onto them because the things I would want from Soundtrack are WAY MORE than $75 (big screen tv, car stereo, etc.).

This ICQ thing is really irking me. Once in a great while I manage to connect, so I know it's nothing on my end. Dang thing.

That 80s Show

"That 80s Show" premieres tonight on Fox. I hope it is as good as "That 70s Show". I'm going to be really disappointed if it sucks.

Don’t Make Me Mad

Whoohoo! Took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to work today. One thing I forgot to do the other day was put on my new wiper blades. Argh! I only remember when I need them. Then one of the punk-ass day managers wanted to mess with me. Word of warning: Never make me angry, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry. It's kind of sad, but when I get the "deer in the headlights" look from somebody I'm raging at, it makes me go off even worse. He had me so mad I was shaking. I hate being that angry because I can't remember what I said to him. Oh, well.

On a cheerier note, I found a link for The Hampster Dance. The old link doesn't have the old one on it anymore, just a few new hamster animations. I know it's stupid, but I still like it.

Stupid Weather

Well, this figures. I got up really early today so I could get dough done before the moron managers get there and there is two inches of snow on the ground and I'm having to wait for the car to warm up. The weather people said there would be a dusting of snow, if that. Dang it. Now it's going to take me way over an hour to get to town. Watch there be nothing in town at all. I haven't listened to the news yet, but the overnight guy on KOA (Rick Barber) said something about driving carefully as he ended his shift. Yay!

Like An Energizer Bunny

Current mood: working bear busy
Wow, I'm actually having a pretty productive day. Amazing how much better I feel when the temperature is in the 50s as opposed to below freezing. I'm just taking a quick break while my lunch cooks and then back to my list. I've already taken out the trash, picked up dog poo, raked up leaves and weeds from the yard, changed the oil in my car, gone to the store (out of paper towels), packed up the remaining Christmas junk sitting around so I can take it to storage later, done two loads of laundry and ran a load of dishes. Whoo Hoo! As soon as I eat, I'm going to wash the car. I haven't done that in ages! Poor thing has been so neglected. Well, back to it.
