Damned Blogrolling

So I join a couple of blogrolling rings that use blogrolling.com to manage links and now my site is taking FOREVER to load again. I appears blogrolling.com is down right now. Big surprise! I HATE BLOGROLLING!

It figures that they would be down when I'm sitting down to work on styling my expanding scripts. Bah!

Favicons in Linklist Gone

As much as I like the little favicons showing in my linklist (EE module written by Yoshi), I had to dump them. I'm tired of my page taking forever to finish loading if anyone's server in my list happens to be down. As I have no desire to save them locally on my own server, I'll have to do without. There is also some other errant code in my template from things I've put in there and then taken out and left straggling code behind. If (when!) I get my new design finished, I'll fix my code. I've never really coded my archives template, I realized. How long have I had this design? Geez. I've never done my about page. I've been such a slacker.

It Must Be Over My Head

So, either I'm way too dumb to get this or way too smart.

Does MySpace seem overly difficult to use? It all seems so pointless over there. I have a page, but I don't use it. The pages make my eyes bleed and I hate having to turn of the stupid music. Plus, everytime I try to login, it sends me to a page that says "You have to be logged in to do that." Um, yeah, that's what I was just doing. Also, everything takes so freaking long to do. It sits there forever thinking about doing something, then comes back as an error. It's so lame...I don't get the mass appeal of it.

There are some pages kept up by actors on The Office and some of The Mythbusters guys that I would like to check out once in awhile if it wasn't so freakin' difficult. I wish everybody would just have a real blog.

Moblogging?

Wow, I'm posting so much today, it's almost like Blogathon, part deux.

Because of the same reasons I lost track of the Broncos, I'm waaaaaay behind in my blogging technology. I'm hoping that as a result of a new job, I will get a camera phone. I keep hearing about moblogging and seeing moblog posts on people's sites (usually pics) and since I know it's a module within Expression Engine, I want to learn more about it. Is there a really good tutorial or explanation about it out there? What are you own personal experiences with using it? I'm starting to delve into the EE manual, the EE forums and such, but any additional help anybody reading this could offer would be greatly appreciated.
