Domestic Geek

Two more days of school left!. They are going to be offering the Cisco class next module. The teacher who will be teaching it is an OK teacher. Will it be worth it to try and take it? At least I know he won't up and walk out on us. Will I get anything out of it? I don't know. I'm torn. I'm so frustrated. Should I just try and learn it on my own? I know I need to find a new job because those idiots at work are driving me nuts. Of course, now I'm worried about finding work and keeping a new job with all the uncertainty in the job market and the instability of our world.

I've been having bad dreams lately. I'm sure they are probably stirred by all the bad stuff happening lately. They are not dreams about what has happened, but bad nonetheless. It's not like I have any stress in my life or anything. Ha!

On top of everything else, I have no heater in my car! I don't need more repair bills. ARGH! It'll go into the shop again on Friday. I can't wait to see how much that is going to cost.

I can't log into Lycos to check my email. Argh! The "problems logging in?" page says they will respond to the email address I signed up under. Well, I don't have that email address anymore. The only email I use it theirs. This sucks. I hope it's just a problem on their end. I can log into My Lycos just fine.

I don't want to go to work tomorrow. I wish I had a job that if I called in, I wouldn't have to make up the work the next day. I even took a vacation once (3 days off) and nobody made dough the whole time I was gone. I had a major fit and the manager ended up helping me get caught up. They ran out of proofed dough, though. Idiots.

My friend Dave is unknowingly emailing me viruses. Woohoo!

IS THIS FREAKY OR WHAT?

I saw this posted on Art Bell's web site. Being one to be skeptical of things I find on the Internet, a little searching uncovered this article.

I couldn't believe that the dude didn't want to change the cover. I'm glad the record company had enough sense to recognize the ramifications of releasing it.

Too weird. Isn't it eerie how the cover looks pretty darn close to the real thing?

Dad took me to Hops for a belated birthday dinner. A Brewmaster steak and shrimp. A glass of light beer with raspberry liqueur. YUM! Heaven. I love that place.

I'm coming across something more and more as I cruise around the blog world and I find it extremely disturbing. People taking their blogs offline because of how other people are treating them. Why are people so petty? If you don't like someone or how he/she blogs, don't read it and don't bother that person. Blogs are supposed to be for the author and his/her friends, family and interested parties. People need to get a life. I'm tired a losing an interesting read because other people suck.
