Dad and I went to the Hamburger Stand for lunch. It has become my favorite fast food restaurant. I have many fond childhood memories surrounding the old Der WeinerSchnitzel stand that used to be on Colfax. We used to go there in our old Volkswagon bus and eat on our TV trays. Hamburger Stand bought all of those out and now they're offering hot dogs again. Some of the franchises also have Tastee Freezes in them. Another fond childhood memory. *sigh*

The Broncos lost yesterday to the Seattle Seahawks 34-21.

I tried to post this last night, but our ISP took a major dump. I guess nobody was around on a Sunday evening to fix the server that went down. Sometimes (mosttimes) I really hate having to use a podunk dialup ISP. I wish I had the money to get satellite internet. Unfortunatley, It's an outlay of about $600-$700 to get hooked up. Damn.

I actually got alot of sleep last night. Too much, maybe. I went to sleep at 11pm and woke up at 9:30 am. Of course, I have to leave for school in five minutes and don't have time to shower. Ick. Then I'm having lunch with my Dad, I hope. I'm not sure he got either of my emails. We'll see.

Marcus is the coolest guy. He's about the only good that has come from working at Blackjack.

Here's some good advice from 850 KOA's talk show host Mike Rosen about how to handle a peace protestor. They also did this on the Locker Room on KBPI this week. There is also a neat letter on the same page (scroll to the top) from a navy ensign to his father. Aslo on Rosen's site is this picture. Serves the guy right.

Wow, what's with all the 80s movies lately? They just showed Purple Rain on one of the Starz channels (another free preview weekend). I'm starting to feel like I'm in a time warp with all this.

OMG, I just forgot that I put food in the microwave about an hour ago. I guess I'm going to have to heat it up again.
