CSS Zen Garden is totally down. Don't know what's up with that. I hope it's back up soon since we have to submit a site for our web class and it's hard to look at the designs when they're not there!
So, I found an article explaining how to use images to replace text.
Here's a plug-in called Smartypants that's supposed to turn " into “,etc. (in other words, proper typographic marks). It's supposed to work for MT and BBEdit. I'll have to try it out.

The following was sent by a friend (sadly, from work):
There is a new virus. The code name is “WORK”. If you receive WORK from your colleagues, your boss, via e-mail, or from anyone else — do not touch WORK under any circumstances. This virus wipes out your private life completely.
If you should happen to come in contact with this virus, take two friends and go straight to the nearest bar. Order drinks and after three rounds, you will find that WORK has been completely deleted from your brain.
Forward this virus warning immediately to at least five friends. Should you realize you do not have five friends, this means you are already infected by this virus and WORK already controls your whole life. If this is the case, go to the bar and stay until you make at least five friends. Then retry. I think I have five friends but am not entirely positive…so I'm headed for the bar anyway. Never hurts to be safe.

Man, there is so much CSS stuff to learn. I think my brain is going to explode. The newest CSS Zen Garden design is a collaboration between David Shea and Eric Meyer. Turns out that the project is part of Eric's new book, "More Eric Meyer on CSS." While reading Eric's site, I read a post about how he believes that Frazz author Jef Mallett is actually reclusive Calvin and Hobbs creator Bill Watterson. Hmmm, it could be.
Had steak tonight at Chili's with Marcus, Mike & Nina. Yummay!
My portfolio case is almost ready to be painted! Yay!!! I'll get cracking on that first thing after work tomorrow. I'm just waiting for some wood filler to dry so I can sand it.
Per Laura's suggestion, I think I'm going to install MT Blacklist tomorrow. I had way too much spam in my comments this morning. That stuff so totally sucks.
