Nope, no muscles here. There might have been if Marcus would've let me write on his arm, but you're stuck with mine. There will be plenty of muscle the day after Thanksgiving, though —
Muscle Cars, that is!
SPEEDtv is airing their Muscle Car Marathon on Friday, November 24th at 9am EST. I've always wanted a 1970 Yellow Mach 1 Mustang. They sure don't make cool cars like that anymore! Check it out. It's going to be more fun than fighting the malls on Black Friday!

The Office is a repeat tonight...already? What the hell? I really hate the way network television works anymore. It used to be every show premiered the same week, had a half season run, did repeats around the holidays, came back in January with new shows or those that tanked were replaced. During those repeat times, you could watch shows on other networks that you missed. Now? Who knows? They start the season whenever they feel like it, none of the networks are the same. Even a single network doesn't have all of its shows on the same schedule. One show during an evening might be new and the one right after a repeat. It's dang frustrating, I tell you.
I watched all of the Ugly Betty episodes on ABC's website today. Several people around the net have raved about it, so I checked it out. It wasn't bad. Not something I would care much if I missed, but not bad. I caught up with Jericho finally. I still get the willies every time they talk about Denver having been hit or Denver's not there anymore. *shudder*
I really need to whittle down my sidebar. I'm sick of how long it is. I may just make myself a links page or something and take all of that extra crap out of there. Hmmm. Gonna have to think on that one.
OK, I guess I'd better go. My darned mouse is dying and I need to charge it.

My last post reminded me of something I wanted to mention. Since Donald Trump fired Carolyn and George is no longer on The Apprentice, either, I'm boycotting the next season. It's been getting more lame and boring anyway. Marcus and I recorded the past shows on our PVR and last season we just watched enough to see the task and who got booted. We always fast-forwarded through the drama crap. I thought George and Caroline added a little personality to the show.
So, no more Apprentice for me. That's probably good, though. I watch way too much television as it is.

OK, three more movies came to me in that M&Ms puzzle. I still haven't identified 12 of them. Grrr. I know I'm going to kick myself when I find out what they are! Seriously, figure them out so I can get this thing out of my head.

All right, on to something more pleasant (well, the aftermath of a nuclear bomb is not pleasant...just clarifying).
I'm starting to notice that I watch CBS a lot—when did that happen? I also noticed that I do not watch a single show regularly on ABC. Only an occasional Supernanny when nothing else is on. Hm.
Anyway, the week before last I caught my first episode of
Jericho. I hadn't heard a thing about it and didn't know what it was about. I guess the US was attacked by nuclear bombs and the show is about what happens afterward in a small town named Jericho. In the episode I saw, a brief news report they saw on a satellite feed from Japan showed that one of the bombs had hit Denver. Boy, did that send chills up my spine. I knew on Wednesday, I had planned on watching again, but for the life of me, I couldn't remember what I had wanted to see. While watching Without a Trace yesterday (I actually got the whole show on the later recording time), I caught a Jericho commercial and was instantly reminded. Whoops. Fortunately, Jericho is one of the shows that the CBS website shows in their entirety. I can't watch them on the Mac here because I refuse to install the Real Player plugin, but at some point I did install it on the laptop. I think it was to see something about Harry Potter. Anyway, I wish they would put all shows up that way. Of course, I watch too much television as it as. Maybe it's good that they don't.
