Marcus and I fixed ourselves a nice July 4th BBQ dinner: steaks, shrimp, corn, watermelon for later. Mmmmm. I love cooking outside. The best part -- our neighbors actually stayed away most of the day. Yay!

Marcus is leaving sometime tomorrow or early Saturday for Dallas. He's going to be there for a week doing some kind of IT setup at the warehouse. I'm going to be alone for a whole week. :(

I have had the WORST headache since I woke up this morning. Nine ibuprofins and several cold compresses later and it's still there. I think it's sinus-related. It's pounding behind my eyeballs. Not fair! I take time off from work and I can't get anything done because of pain. Yesterday it was cramps that kept me in bed all day. Argh!
